Jake Hayman co-founded The Social Investment Consultancy in 2008. TSIC advises businesses on creating mutually beneficial, sustainable relationships with charities. His clients include Standard Chartered Bank, PlayPumps, The One Foundation and his previous employers, Mideast conflict resolution group OneVoice. Jake also founded social enterprise FutureFirst to foster social mobility through career advice for comprehensive school students.
